Safety monitoring to ensure production safety, prevent personal injury and fire and explosion accidents for the purpose of using standard gas to calibrate the combustible gas alarm.
Combustible gas alarm calibration and testing gas
Used for the calibration of combustible gas alarm, as well as the working condition test of the alarm, when the gas content reaches the set value after the accurate alarm.
Combustible substances (combustible gas, vapor and dust) and air (or oxygen) in a certain concentration range of uniform mixing, the formation of premixed gas, encountered fire sources will explode, the concentration range of the mixture of combustible substances in the total volume to represent the concentration range, known as the explosion limit. LEL refers to the lower limit of explosion and UEL to the upper limit of explosion. The wider the explosion limit of the combustible mixture, that is, the lower the lower limit of explosion and the higher the upper limit of explosion, the greater the explosion risk.
The combustible gas alarm sets the alarm points according to the corresponding set risk, generally within the range of 10%LEL~60%LEL. The standard gas uses air as the balance gas, containing combustible gas components, which belongs to the Oxyfuel category, generally exceeding 60%LEL, and the gas distribution process is risky.
